Dear Family,
Learning Korean is probably the hardest thing I've ever done. It's really cool, though. I'm glad I learned the alphabet before I came; it made a world of difference. We just learned the testimony form, which is pretty hard, but with the Lord's help I'll get it. You did pretty well with the language, so I must have it in me somewhere! I wish the computer could type in Korean, but that's life.
Tuesday is P-day, the day we can write letters and email and such. I'm in the Addison Pratt building, which is right next to yours and not any closer to the main buildings. They probably do that so they can ship the 2-week elders out from the closer buildings, but it's still a pain sometimes. I love the MTC! We had jung (brotherly love) night last night, where all the Korean elders in our RH played crazy games and shared food. All the elders here are really nice and friendly, so it's really great. The food is ok, not as good as Mom's cooking, but it's better than having to cook my own every day!
Tell Mom I'm sorry my letter is slightly impersonal, I'm still getting used to this too. We're timed at 30 minutes, so I have to go. Love you, thanks for everything!
